What is Invisible Mode (FastSolve)?
Also known as: FastSolve invisible mode
Invisible mode is the central design constraint of FastSolve. The extension reads the question from the LMS DOM, sends it to a frontier AI model, and writes the answer back into the input via synthetic keystrokes — without any visible UI. The screen seen by Zoom screen-share, by an instructor's video conference, or by a webcam recording proctor shows only the LMS itself.
Invisible mode is compatible with non-LockDown proctored environments — Honorlock and Proctorio in their default monitoring modes, Examity, ProctorU. It is not compatible with Respondus LockDown Browser or Safe Exam Browser configured to disable extensions, because in those environments no Chrome extension can run.
